Kiwi Lola Vacation Rentals started with a place that meant something to our family.

Our first vacation home was in Gatlinburg, Tennessee; a destination we had grown up visiting and always loved for its mountains, hiking trails, beautiful scenery, and completely different pace of life from our home in Florida. When we realized we couldn’t be there as often as we wanted, we decided to share our home with other families while bringing our own family together to build something of our own.

What started as one property quickly became something more.

After learning the ins and outs of vacation rentals and seeing how much we enjoyed creating great experiences for our guests, we decided to grow. Our love for the ocean led us to Cape Canaveral, where we found another destination we couldn't resist: beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral, and the excitement of watching rockets launch from the Space Coast.

From there, we ventured into Central Florida and discovered our ChampionsGate home. The resort-style amenities and proximity to Disney and the area's many attractions made it a natural fit for the families we wanted to host.

More Than a Place to Stay

For us, vacation rentals have never been just about providing a house and a set of keys. It's about creating the kind of experience we would want for our own family.

We spend time in our properties ourselves. We think about the little things guests might need, the moments they might want to enjoy, and what would make a trip feel easier, more comfortable, and more memorable. We listen closely to guest feedback because every stay gives us another opportunity to improve.

Our entrepreneurial roots have always taught us to look for ways to make people happy, solve problems, and create something we're proud of. Kiwi Lola gives our family the opportunity to do exactly that together.

Where We’re Going

Our goal is to continue growing Kiwi Lola while staying true to what started it all: family, hospitality, and memorable experiences.

As we add new destinations and new homes, we want every property to have the same thoughtful touches and personal attention that guests have come to expect from us.

Because at the end of the day, we're not just hosting vacation homes.

We’re Steve and Lola, the owners of Kiwi Lola Vacation Rentals. We live right here in Central Florida, and what started as a love for traveling, finding great places to stay, and sharing those experiences with others has grown into something we never really expected.

Our first vacation rental started it all. We loved the idea of having a place where families and friends could come together, relax, and make memories—and before long, we realized how much we enjoyed being on the other side of the experience, too. There’s something pretty special about helping someone plan a trip and then hearing from them afterward about how much they enjoyed their stay.

Since then, Kiwi Lola has continued to grow, and today we have vacation homes in some of the places we love most. From the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, to the beaches of Cape Canaveral, to the heart of Central Florida, each property has its own personality and something special to offer.

We’re still very hands-on with our properties and our guests. We care about the little things—the home being clean and comfortable when you arrive, having the things you actually need, answering questions when you have them, and making sure you know about the things worth doing while you’re here. We’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals ourselves, so we try to think about what we would want as guests and bring that same mindset to our own homes.

At the end of the day, we’re not trying to be the biggest vacation rental company. We just want to provide great places to stay, take care of our guests, and create the kind of experience that makes people want to come back.
